General terms and conditions present a level of mutual collaboration with customers and business partners that are based on Slovene legislation and business politics of TechTrade Trzin. Company Tech Trade (hereafter: the seller) is responsible for the representation and distribution of network and computer equipment by well renowned brands: https://techtrade.si/manufacturer/all
With registering on our website techtrade.si, every customer receives a user name and password for signing in and introducing themselves. The chosen password is secret and known only to the customer. The customer can register as an individual or a company (legal person). The customer is obliged to ensure that only they or an accredited person will have access to it.
Validity of offers and prices
Prices are listed on the website and are valid for all customers on the day of the purchase or the day of submitting an order through our online store techtrade.si. The pricelist with all extra information is published on our website that we update daily. We take the right to change prices without notice.
All orders submitted through our online store techtrade.si will be treated as binding and irreversible. If the customer finds out that there has been a mistake, one can cancel the order within the time from submission until receiving an electronic notification that the product has been dispatched, without extra costs. After receiving the notification that the product has been dispatched, cancelation is no longer possible. The seller has the right to decline customers’ orders if terms and conditions are not fulfilled. The seller is obliged to ensure the dispatch of products as soon as possible.
Supply and acceptance
For orders lower than 60€ + VAT - customer pays shipment.
For orders above 60 € + VAT - free shipment.
Prices stated on our website do not include shipping prices. Shipment is charged when an order is submitted.
We do our best to deliver the majority of products in stock from our online store techtrade.si within 24 to 48 hours. If the product is not in stock, we inform the customer and offer an alternative if possible. If the alternative offer meets the customer’s requirements, we make sure to ship the ordered product on the same day. In case the alternative offer does not suit the customer, the delivery deadline becomes valid. The seller has the right to prolong the delivery deadline, but is obliged to inform the customer on time.
The customer, who has an approved payment deferral, can submit an order until 3 pm and it is sent in the same day if the product is in stock. It is possible for a customer to come and pick up products at the company’s headquarters at TechTrade Trzin, Blatnica 8, 1236 Trzin, every workday from 8 am to 5 pm. In case of picking up products on your own, we need to check your identification. Ordered and paid products will be given only to actual customers or persons that are accredited for it. In case of free delivery, the seller chooses the delivery service. Products are dispatched with the delivery service our company has a contract with. Every product is secured and supplied with its own tracking number that the seller forwards to the customer. If shipment is paid by the customer, the products are delivered by a delivery service the seller has a contract with. The customers themselves cover all expenses made during the delivery. In case the quantity of the product does not match with the data on the delivery note or receipt, the customer needs to inform the seller right after receiving the product or the next day at the latest. The customer needs to inform the seller immediately or within 8 days the latest in case there is visible damage of the product that occurred during the transportation. With the damage claim submitted, the customer needs to enclose all the necessary documentation and evidence. The seller does not bear responsibility for lateness with delivery if it is a result of the customer’s unfulfilled financial or other obligations (inaccurate or insufficient information).
Business partners for resale
For resale buyers, we offer additional discounts and benefits. On the techtrade.si website, the resale buyer can access to the special purchase price as well as a lot of additional information about articles, news, promotions and stock. There is also access to xml files for easier integration of web pages.
Payment deferral is performed according to the pro forma invoice that is created on our website after a submitted order. Payment is concluded when the amount is seen on one of the seller’s transactions.
Payment by cash or credit card is possible by personal pick-up in our store, without extra costs.
Payment after delivery is made to the delivery service according to their service pricelist.
The seller approves payment deferral under certain circumstances. Conditions of purchase with payment deferral are a result of business contract between the customer and the seller.
Purchased products are a possession of the seller until they are fully paid. Customers that are late with payment are charged with extra penalty interests, which need to be paid within 8 days from the date of issue. In case of multiple payment lateness, the seller has the right to abort the product delivery and collect the unsettled debts. The product is delivered to the customer immediately when the payment is collected. In case of payment deferral the product is issued only under the condition that the customer does not have any unsettled debts or blocked accounts.
Receipts will be given when accepting the product or when a product sent by a delivery service will be enclosed with a receipt.
All products in our online store techtrade.si have the importer or manufacturer warranty, guaranteed service and spare parts in Slovenia. For warranty enforcement or service maintenance you can always seek help with our service: firstname.lastname@example.org or call +386 (1) 56 20 708. With warranty enforcement, there are valid warranty terms and conditions, stated on the warranty certificate that you received together with the product. During the warranty period the customer is obliged to inform the seller in writing about any hidden quality flaws. The seller will deal with all complaints according to regulations.
The seller is obliged to use all the gathered data only for the purpose of purchase/sales. These are not allowed to be forwarded to other personnel or third parties.
All possible conflict between the customer and the seller will be dealt with consensually. In case this is not possible, it will be settled with the help of the Court of Justice in Ljubljana.
